If you wish to pay by cheque, please forego the Google Checkout options in the store and instead use the contact information to tell us the title and category of the item you're interested in purchasing as well as your postal address and contact telephone number. You will then be given all the relevant details to complete and post your cheque order.
Depending on the specifications of your purchased items, delivery will be carried out by either Royal Mail, a private courier or electronic transfer. Delivery charges are correct as displayed and apply to orders dispatched to the UK only. Additional costs may apply for international postage.

9. andib.co.uk endeavours to ensure that all items are in pristine condition (unless stated otherwise) before they are dispatched and are securely protected in packaging for delivery. In the unlikely event that your items are damaged in transit, or that they are not the items you ordered, andib.co.uk will refund the item(s) cost and/or replace items where necessary. If your order does arrive in an unsatisfactory condition, please do not hesitate to email this address mail@andib.co.uk, and a refund or exchange can be arranged.
